These services are provided primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to enhance operational efficiency and revenue recovery.

2. CLIENT DATA & LEAD COMPLIANCE

When you provide us with a lead database for reactivation or nurturing:

* Warranty of Consent: You represent and warrant that all leads, contacts, and data points provided to us have given explicit, verifiable consent to be contacted via the channels utilized (SMS, Email, Voice, or Social Messaging) in accordance with all applicable local and international laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CASL).

* Data Integrity: We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your provided data or for costs/delays incurred due to invalid or "cold" contact information.

* Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Amplo Labs harmless from any claims, fines, or legal actions resulting from a lack of proper consent, "Do Not Call" list violations, or breaches of telecommunications regulations regarding the data you provide.

3. AI AUTOMATION & AGENTS

Our services utilize automated artificial intelligence systems to engage with prospects.

* Nature of Interaction: Conversations and interactions generated by our AI agents are intended for lead qualification, data gathering, and appointment scheduling. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

* System Limitations: While we strive for high-fidelity responses, AI can occasionally generate incorrect information. The Company is not liable for specific commitments or representations made by the AI that deviate from your standard business terms or verified offers.

* Human Oversight: Clients are encouraged to monitor AI interactions and intervene when high-level human strategy is required.

4. REVENUE ESTIMATES & PERFORMANCE

Any figures generated by our website’s calculators or presented in case studies are estimates provided for illustrative purposes. Actual results and "Revenue Unlocked" vary based on industry, lead quality, price points, and the client's internal sales closing standards. Amplo Labs does not guarantee specific financial returns.

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our website or services to:

* Process data related to minors (under the age of 18).

* Distribute "spam," "junk mail," or engage in predatory marketing practices.

* Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the proprietary logic and frameworks used to power our AI systems.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this website, including our logos, the "Amplo Labs" brand, and the proprietary automation workflows developed for your campaigns, remains the intellectual property of Amplo Labs unless otherwise agreed in a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our automation systems or the failure of a qualified lead to convert into a final sale.

8. SERVICE TERMS & TERMINATION

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, our services are provided on a month-to-month or "per-campaign" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect a breach of data compliance laws or these Terms.
